As of 1st September 2018, all sites have received a Health and Safety Audit. These audits are a legal and contract requirement. If you have been given actions to complete as a result, these are documented on the last page. If you have any questions please contact Stuart Parkin, Health & Safety Manager. We are in the process of re-writing the Health and Safety Project File. We have listened to feedback across the
sites and are implementing changes to the project Health and Safety file. Training sessions will occur to brief out any changes.

I would like to thank all staff for their hard work and efforts over the last few months. We are in the
process of completing multiple projects, and I am looking forward to Middlesex being able to reflect on these and identify areas of improvements. This is so we can continue to build our organization. Each and every member of the team has had an important role to play in this. We all have our families to return home to at the end off each day so remember to Stay Safe. Feedback from Community Liaison Coordinator at W03 Project at Wembley:
“…Absolutely thrilled to announce alongside Brent Council and Quintain that the team at Wembley Park achieved a ‘Places West London Award’ for the apprenticeships achieved across the Park… so proud of the team and are beaming at not only the nomination but the award this evening”. Our very own Calum Doyle and Charlie Preston (Middlesex Apprentices) helped our client to secure this award. • Follow the Environmental Brief that you receive at induction.
• Don’t leave van or cars idling/van share if applicable. • Only use the correct skips when disposing of waste. • Don’t shout whilst on site. • Be polite to any members of the public Here are the contracts that we have recently secured:
St Michael’s School (BAM Construction) - Value £2 Million Comet Hatfield (ISG) - Value £200K Parliament Hill (Farrans) - Value £280K Alex Dobra and the Facades team at Wembley recently won an award for Excellence in Health and Safety.
Middlesex Operatives were observed using tethered tools at all times, dust masks while drilling and podiums locked against the ceilings. McLaren want to implement the ceiling lockable podiums practice on other jobs as they find it very safe when working next to the edge of the slab. |
