Middlesex Ltd was founded in 2005, where we started off solely as a dry lining company, we soon expanded into the façade industry and joined forces with the UK’s leading principle contractors, where our construction insight, allowed us to expand further, by adding our sister companies, Middlesex Facades, Firestopping, Tiling & Decorating and Carpentry. This collaboration is the back bone of our success, we believe that the importance of a successful job, is achieved by providing a coherence within our details and carrying the works to a high standard throughout the project. By working on both internal and external packages of projects, we can establish a uniformity of performance.

Middlesex Ltd Job Vacancies

HEALTH AND SAFETY ADVISOR

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and personal protective equipment
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
-Produce reports based on findings from internal audits
Experience:

• NEBOSH National Certificate
• CSCS Card
• Minimum 2 years construction experience
• The ideal candidate will be able to display previous experience in a similar position.
• The ideal candidate will have a background in Drylining & Façade works

- Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis for accidents and incidents
- Strong report writing skills to document safety inspections, incidents, and training activities
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train employees on safety procedures
