Middlesex Ltd in partnership with McLaren delivered the drylining and ceilings in 396 apartments, the ground floor retail space and an exceptional new GP surgery for the local area.

Scope of work included drylining, finishes, suspended ceilings and acoustic systems.

In keeping with Middlesex’s quality and safety focus, installations complied with all relevant standards, approved details, and manufacturer’s instructions.

Middlesex was also appointed to deliver the firestopping works.
