Delivered in partnership with Vantage Data Centres, this fast-paced project involved the full design and internal fit-out of a hyperscale data centre providing up to 55MW of IT capacity across six levels.
Middlesex delivered full out design, drylining, finishes, suspended ceilings, MF ceilings, acoustic systems, full fit out, furniture, security screens and counters, SHS goalposts, oft flooring, screed, ceramic tiling, and intumescent spray.
In keeping with Middlesex’s quality and safety focus, installations complied with all relevant standards, approved details, and manufacturer’s instructions.
The power of the Middlesex group was leveraged in this project, with Middlesex Ltd delivering drylining and coordinating works from Middlesex Interior, Middlesex Carpentry and Middlesex Firestopping divisions, supporting efficient delivery within a highly controlled construction environment.
